Matt Cino joins CamberView Partners as Principal

SAN FRANCISCO, June 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — CamberView Partners, LLC, the leading source of independent, investor-led advice for public companies on shareholder activism and engagement, is pleased to announce that Matt Cino has joined the firm as a Principal. Matt brings over 10 years of asset management experience to CamberView, complementing the existing team’s corporate governance expertise.

Prior to joining CamberView, Matt was a Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst at Deutsche Asset Management. While at Deutsche he focused on small and mid-cap value investments across the Energy, Utilities, Transportation, Business Services and Consumer Discretionary sectors. Previously, Matt served in similar investment roles as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, a Principal at Lockwell Investments and a Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Matt began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials group at Credit Suisse. Matt holds an M.B.A., with a concentration in finance and accounting, from the New York University Stern School of Business and a B.A. from Trinity College.
